A családi borászat múltja több mint 25 évre tekint vissza. A munkálatokba már gyerek korában aktívan bekapcsolódott Dávid, aki a szakmát kitanulva a családban elsőként foglalkozik hivatásszerűen borászattal. A pincészet egyik különlegessége az Éjszaka névre keresztelt, Dávid vizsga borának készült bor, melyet éjszaka szüreteltek. A különleges eseményről még film is készült.
