1999 óta foglalkozom szőlőtermesztéssel, míg a szőlőket nevelgettem a hosszú évek során leginkább azt vettem észre, hogy "Ő" nevelt meg engem, megtanított a kitartásra és az alázatra.

A közelmúltban, 2007-ben új tanítóm érkezett, a bor, vagy inkább A BOR, és vele együtt a borászkodás. Vagy hogy inkább nevükön említsem Őket: Irsai Olivér, Zöldveltelini, Chardonnay, Kékfrankos...
Az Ő segítségükkel Sopron egy régi, közel 500 éves pincéjében készítem boraimat, hogy meghódíthassam poharad.
