Ákos István, a svájci Bázelben élő magyar származású szőlősgazda, mindössze 4, 2 hektár területen műveli szőlőjét a Fertő tó partján, a Weninger Pincészet együttműködésével. A termelő, aki a biodinamika előírásait betartva dolgozik, csak 2006 januárja óta van jelen a Soproni borvidéken, ám a szakma máris várakozással tekint különleges műveléssel készült boraira. Nagy hozamkorlátozással termelt magas minőségű borait mindeddig kizárólag Svájcba exportálta. Jó hír a környezetet tudatosan védő borkedvelőknek, hogy 2006-os évjáratú borai, amelyek között a jellegzetes Kékfrankos éppúgy megtalálható, mint a különleges fehér borok, 2008 közepétől már itthon is forgalomba kerültek.
