Kolostor utca Keleti oldalát polgárházak és nemesi paloták alkotják, a barokk fénykorából, de mindenütt gótikus töredékek, vagy akár falfestések maradványaival, amit a restaurátorok persze kiemelten megőriztek. A házak átnyúlnak az Új utcába. Ezt leginkább a várostorony körerkélyéről tudjuk megtanulmányozni. Bemenni? Hát bemenni nem igen lehet. (Talán elfogadható az a magyarázat, hogy ha az idegen nagy tömegben rohamozza meg az érdekességeket, ott óhatatlanul pusztul az érték). Pedig különösen a Zichy-Meskó palotában van néznivaló. << VISSZA
